Just finished a contract for a company who needed a server setup for a small office environment.  Following tasks were carried out:-

  • Win Server 2012 installed and customised
  • File sharing setup and relevant folders and permissions created
  • Users machines checked for compliance and then added to network
  • Relevant applications installed on server and users given access via their machines.
  • VPN and access anywhere setup for users so they can dial into the server remotely as well as access to their files/folders via their web browser

Latest Work Project

Customer was having issues with their PC and general performance issues. After getting in contact we carried out the following work for them:-

  • Due to the age of the machine we advised of possible upgrade options and after careful consideration a new PC was chosen and purchased.
  • Backed up the customers data and files from failing hard drive and migrated them across to new machine.
  • Updated all drivers and applications on new machine.
  • Sat with customer for testing phase to make sure of a seamless experience going from one machine to another.

Customer has reported back that the difference in performance is 10 fold and also thanked us for the short time it took to complete the job.
